1) Complete Honolulu Marathon

2) Complete three half marathons: Kapalua (March), Hibiscus (May) and Kauai (September)

3) Deadlift 300#

4) Back squat 275#

5) Clean 175#

6) Clean & Jerk 150#

7) Barbell Snatch 100#

8) Butterfly pullups

9) Muscle up

10) L-sit

11) Handstand push up

 

2012 Goals

1) Run a 5K

2) Run the Great Aloha Run

3) Run a half marathon (did TWO)

4) Run the Honolulu Marathon

5) Go up Koko Head in less than 20 minutes

6) Pull ups!

7) Handstand

8) Handstand pushups

9) Deadlift my body weight

10) Deadlift 200#

11) Complete strict Fran – 95#

12) Clean & Jerk 100#

13) Squat snatch 75#
